Our Culture - What we do
We place native English speakers in Spanish schools as Conversation Assistants, in order to aid and improve both the teaching and the classroom communication in English.
By accommodating students in real houses with host families, rather than hostels or hotels, we give you the best opportunities to learn as much as possible about the local culture. You won’t just learn the language – you will acquire it.
You could be a current student or a recent grad with clear goals to achieve, or maybe you're completely undecided on what your future holds.
The CAPS programme offers everybody the opportunity to enhance their CV and more. We don’t require prior teaching or Spanish experience – just a passion to work with young people and a willingness to get stuck in!
This programme is organised by CAPS Home to Home, which is a Spanish company founded by an English Director.
As you may expect, our office is a truly dynamic environment, with multilingual staff from all over the world.
